Lunch was heavier than planned. What should I adjust?
Keep the next meal simple: prioritize protein and vegetables, then use your remaining calorie budget as a guide. One meal does not need a drastic correction.
Can I still stay on track this week?

During my muscle-gain phase, I need precise calorie control. I used to enter ingredients manually and often gave up. Now I can snap a photo and get a quick recognition, so the whole logging flow feels much smoother.
